Mr. Ali Mroue serves as VP of Construction, Design, and Training. has spent over 35 years living and working across the African continent, specifically in Tanzania, Uganda, and Mauritania as well as Spain. He specializes in training, quality control, and construction services, as well as providing administrative and design support across all sectors. He obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Graphic Design from Aptech in Kampala, Uganda.

Having started many successful businesses across Africa, Asia, and Europe, Mr. Mroue hopes to promote a culture of healthy market competition and skilled labor in Africa. In Mauritania, he has designed and directed the construction of many commercial, private, and government facilities in Mauritania. His participation in BBI-TTFA will be focused on workforce development and infrastructure management.
