Mrs. Minerva Hernandez, originally from Batangas, Philippines, serves as BBI's Director of Cosmetology Training. She is the CEO of MauriAsia Spa in Nouakchott Mauritania which was established in 2007. Since 1999, she has been devoted to providing exceptional, quality service to clients worldwide. With over 23 years of experience she has been a global entrepreneur serving in, not only the Philippines, but Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia & Mauritania.

She currently leads BBI's Cosmetology Training where she has trained over 1500 students helping them to become experts in hair care, manicures, pedicures, facials, make-up, hamam, hallawah, waxing, massages, aromatherapy, eyebrows, skin care and more.

Each student receives 16 weeks of training and graduate with BBI's MauriAsiaSpa Certificate of Completion.

Mrs. Minerva is dedicated to training women to be entrepreneurs and under BBI's Cosmetology Program, students throughout Mauritania receive training supported with donations.

BBI also provides Financial Literacy & Entrepreneurship Training ensuring students are able to establish their independent salons.

Mrs. Hernandez is committed to ensuring BBI's Cosmetology Department enhances the quality of life for students worldwide as we create global entrepreneurs.
