Our Vice President/Executive Director Ms. Gwendolyn Hubbard is a former FBI Senior Executive having served honorably for 27 years in the FBI and 15 years of private sector experience. She is known as a trailblazer who leads by successfully uniting teams and communities, strategies and businesses. Former FBI Senior Executive Hubbard is also experienced in leading Human Capital Management, Business Partnering Programs, Workforce Development, Personnel and Physical Security Operations. She built a people’s-first culture that delivered results providing leadership and consultation to both management and employees worldwide.

Ms. Hubbard has received the FBI Director’s Award for implementing aggressive and effective EEOC strategies and the ODNI’s National Intelligence Professional Award of Excellence for Human Capital Outstanding Leadership across the Intelligence community. Ms. Hubbard is based in Mauritania West Africa in the Arab Maghreb Region and leads many BBI International programs to help people out of poverty, her famous words are “BBI International Inc., cares and This Time is for Africa!.” She is also President of International Oil-Gas and Mining Services Plus (IOMS Plus), President of Gwendolyn Hubbard Advisory Services and Vice President of RTPC International (global exportation of fish).

Ms. Hubbard obtained a Certificate Kellogg Management School of Business in Strategic Leadership and Harvard University certificate in Effective Negotiations. Ms. Hubbard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology. Ms Hubbard holds a Masters in Executive Leadership and is currently pursuing a PHD in Organizational Leadership and Managment from Liberty University.
