Collectively the Executive Management team possesses more than 80+ years of government and private sector experience.
Mr. Ousmane Ba, Bachelor in English language and Literature from Nouakchott University, possesses 18 years of English teaching experience in the Mauritanien Education system and 8 years of teaching experience in French at the Alliance Française de Nouadhibou, the economical capital of Mauritania. Ousmane speaks three (3) international languages (English, French and Arabic) and three (3)local languages (Pulaar,Wolof and Hassaniya).
Besides his teaching experiences, Ousmane has worked as language facilitator and modal school supervisor in the education sector in the American Peace Corps in Mauritanie from 2003 to 2008.
While teaching French in the Alliance franco Mauritanienne de Nouadhibou, Ousmane has received two intensive training opportunities in Nantes in 2008 to become a tester in French language (DELF DALF) ; and in Besançon in 2013 to become a teacher trainer and Education project manager.
In 2013 Ousmane was selected as a fellow in Hubert Humphrey Fellowship Program at Peabody college ( Vanderbilt University to be specialized in Education policy, administration and Leadership. During his Humphrey year, he attended TESL classes to receive a TESL certification.
Mr. Ba has worked as a pedagogical manager and teacher trainer in the Intensive English center from 2016 to 2017. Since 2010 Mr. Ba has worked as an interpreter for international conferences. He collaborates with 5+5 Euro Mediterranean Initiative and Invest In Africa (an international NGO) based in Nouakchott.
Mr. Ba is married with 5 kids aged between 13 and 5 years old ( two boys and three girls.
Mr. Ba is now joining BBI and AEA to work essentially in the Education sector.
